Well, I have been playing Playdom games for a while and I have only heard good things about it. The truth is that there cannot be anything bad said about Playdom if you'd ask me.
Service:
As it is a company specialised in online games, it always should be good and friendly. Honestly, Playdom is just way better than expected. There were some issues, about bought articles or about the game that had a little issue. Normally a company wouldn't respond within 24 hours and some companies just have the tendancy to even take a longer time to respond...
The time that Playdom ussually responds is even within 24 hours, even had a response on Sunday. And the service always friendly and honest to the players. I am really satisfied about Playdom. ^_^
Trustworthlyness:
From 1 to 10 and where 1 stands for most dishonest and 10 for truly honest: Playdom scores a 10+. Honesty and good service and there games are always playable. Just as a company should be and especially that they don't disregard the players at all. For real: I am also discovering a lot more about the splendid services of Playdom. Always that Playdom will be like this. ^_^
